Please note: The health of our clients and team is very important to us; therefore, due to COVID and taking the necessary precautions, we offer the option for our services to be provided in person or virtually at your request and per state health advisement and regulations. For each service, after the initial group session, our clients have the option for their members to meet one-on-one with our team if desired.

Nutritional Health

Our Registered Dietician Nutritionist help clients transform the way they view a healthy diet. A health assessment is offered to determine health goals and a customized plan implemented to assist in reaching established goals. There's a focus on disease prevention and the management of weight and chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease, through Medical Nutrition Therapy. In addition, there's an intentional focus on boosting energy levels and strengthening the immune system through food choices.

Our Registered Dietician Nutritionist is aware of the every day budget and work to provide guidance in preparing healthy, satisfying, flavorful and fun plant-based meals while considering food cost. Recipes and health tips are provided, as well as answers to common nutrition questions.

This is a great start to receiving answers and creating healthy, sustainable behaviors that fit various unique lifestyles.

Mental wellness plays a major role in everyday life decisions, actions, conversations, work life and home life. Our team focuses on various methods of achieving mental wellness from proper stress management techniques and mindfulness to embracing work-life balance, sleep hygiene and self-care.

Our Certified Wellness Coach and Registered Nurse provides practical tools and resources to utilize daily to assist in achieving mental wellness, which leads to a more clear mental state and enhanced life experience.

This service is essential in operating in optimum health and wellness both individually and corporately.

Social Wellness

Whether an introvert or extrovert, as humans we are social beings. We need social interaction as it is critical for every aspect of our health. Research confirms that a strong support system and community interaction promotes and help nurture both emotional and physical health.

 

Our Image Consultant, Certified Wellness Coach and Licensed Aesthetician work to highlight both inner and outer strengths to reinforce ones self-image and encourage social interaction.

This service helps bring to the forefront the importance of showing up as one's best self in all settings, and provides guidance on how to adequately prepare oneself for social interactions.

Physical Health

Our team focus on various aspects of physical health ranging from everyday mobility, stretching and ergonomics while working, to increased physical mobility and balance to achieve fitness goals, to taking the necessary steps to prevent and manage chronic conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and heart disease. In addition, we offer education centered on simple and effective ways to boost and maintain a healthy immune system!

 

With the help of our Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Certified Wellness Coach, Smoking Cessation Facilitator, Cardiovascular Specialist, and Diabetes Education Specialist, our clients find peace of mind knowing their physical health concerns are addressed from a holistic perspective, and worry less about their ability to perform daily functional tasks both at work and at home.
